EST east coast of the states and Canada EDT (Eastern Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-4
CST of the states and Canada (Central Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-5
MST of the states and Canada (Mountain Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-6
PDT (Pacific Daylight Saving Time) = GMT-7
Central European Time (CET) = GMT+2 (Summer Time)
you can see the GMT clock at the top of the link and look at your time to see how it works or click on the links below and get specific times for where you are
GERMANY
ISRAEL
CANADA
UNITED STATES
example if I click on the US link and find Nebraska and click on it, a clock comes up with the present time in Nebraska, and the GMT present time.
