I got disconnected on Friday evening and when I tried to reconnect and got a "Your account is online".
When I finally managed to re-login yesterday... My character was reset to a state 2 days before i was disconnected--> This is 110 M less money, one extremly cool pauldron vanished and my new crossbow was gone too .... Thanks a lot KE, this is what I pay premium for:(

hmmm hey sorry that this is late news but put a complain in the forum
and if u are premium they have to give u the items back(thei have that in their data base
) or if not they gona giveu the money so do it man just try becouse u premium the will take care of u thei dont want to lose u
